Rounding is in an advanced practice for Vedic/Transcendental meditators, designed to deepen your meditation practice and expand your state of being. Please note: you must have learnt Vedic / Transcendental Meditation in-person prior to learning rounding.
A round is comprised of a series of gentle yoga asana (postures), pranayama (yogic breath-work) and meditation. No experience with yoga is required and modifications are available for pregnant women and those with injuries.
The yoga asana and pranayama prepare the body for a deep dive in meditation, soaking your nervous system in your natural bliss chemistry. Rounding has a profound effect on stress and fatigue, helping us stabilise the benefits of our meditation practice in everyday life.
You will receive a detailed instruction workbook to take home following the workshop. This will support your at home practice.
The Program:
- Instruction in rounding (3:15pm - 4:00pm)
- Two group rounds (4:00pm - 6:00pm)
