The Investment
Our Learn Vedic Meditation course is offered on an equitable sliding scale pricing model (based on The Green Bottle method).
Our equitable pricing model is intended to make this powerful meditation practice available more widely. Vedic meditation has profound mental and physical health benefits and we wish for all who want or need this type of support to have it, irrespective of current financial circumstances.
There are a limited number of mid and reduced price spaces on each course. The equitable pricing model asks that you select the pricing model most appropriate to you truthfully, so as not to limit access to those who truly need the lower price. for CHILDREN
Give your child a tool for life
Parents often share that their kids start to naturally want to join Mum/Dad/caregiver when they do their meditation.
In the Vedic tradition, there is a special meditation technique for children which can be practiced with eyes open or eyes closed. The technique supports children with a range of experiences; it’s incredibly settling and can help with learning, being with big emotions, coping with change and more.
Pre-requisites:
⟶ Your child is aged between 4 and 11 years old.
⟶ At least one parent practices Vedic meditation.
If you would like your child to learn to meditate and have not yet learnt yourself, you can sign up for an Introductory Talk which is the first step towards learning Vedic meditation for adults and children over the age of 12.
COURSE INVESTMENT
The investment for children is $150 (discounted rate available for two or more children learning together).
This includes their initial session and a short follow-up to check in and see how they are doing. As with adults, additional follow-up support with their meditation is available to support the child. Please get in touch with Caroline if you’d like to discuss further.
